dinner: chicken apple meatloaf, baked mac-n-cheese, broccoli

Thursday

breakfast: cereal

lunch: leftover chili

dinner: Turkey sausage, mashed potatoes, peas

Friday

breakfast: oatmeal, sliced oranges, bacon

lunch: PB&J, fruit

dinner: pizza & movie night

Saturday

breakfast: berry, banana, spinach smoothie

lunch: leftover pizza

dinner: smoked chicken, leftover mashed potatoes, salad, leftover broccoli
